Make sure to keep all invoices, receipts, and medical records from your vet visits. Digital copies are fine too.
Submit your claim within 90 days of treatment. The sooner you submit, the sooner we can process your reimbursement.

Review your policy details before treatment if possible. Contact us if you're unsure about coverage.
In certain circumstances, we can arrange to pay your vet directly, so you don't have to pay the full amount upfront. This service is available for claims over £1,000 at participating veterinary practices.
Contact our claims team before treatment to arrange direct payment. Please note that your policy excess will still need to be paid to the vet.

Conditions your pet had before the policy started or during the waiting period are not covered.
Vaccinations, flea treatments, dental cleaning, and other preventative care (unless you have our Plus package).
Pregnancy, giving birth, and any breeding-related expenses are excluded from standard policies.
